Seraphic Creations, the Young Enterprise company created for 2024-5, finally closed their company after a successful trading year. Last October, twelve new directors created a new company as part of the Young Enterprise scheme.  Forming an Executive Board and Directors for all business areas, they swiftly created a company name and logo, identified a product and target market utilising pricing strategies, provided a legal framework for the company and through PR, Communications, marketing and operations, ran several selling events. The final board meeting allocated profits made to each of the directors and everyone reflected on their learning journey over the past year. Personal highlights included: ‘learning the importance of working as part of a team with good effective communication was key’, 'understanding the importance of deadline was crucial’, 'facing challenges and finding solutions was a life lesson'.

The experience from the Young Enterprise programme will provide excellent career skills, provide excellent content for UCAS applications, CV’s and interviews.  Well done everyone.  You deserve the success you achieved.
