When you receive your results, if you are unhappy with your exam grade, your first step should be to speak your subject teacher, the Curriculum Leader or a member of the Senior Leadership Team for advice. All exam boards offer post-result services (PRS) to enable you to get a better understanding of the situation and, if necessary and appropriate, take remedial action.
