Lower Sixth Biologists spent a day at Wakehurst Place, Kew Gardens' wild botanical gardens. They visited the Millennium Seed Bank, where they saw scientists at work, and heard from the Lead Seed Curator about careers in conservation. They did a guided conservation walk around the grounds and carried out their A Level sampling practical using a belt transect in the wooded meadow.
