TEACHER OF ART – FULL-TIME
(from April 2020, maternity cover)

Required from April 2020, an enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher of Art to teach bright, well-motivated pupils up to A level. TWGGS is an outstandingly successful and oversubscribed selective school, and the Art department is well-established and supportive with very good facilities.  The school provides excellent induction for a newly qualified teacher, but would also offer an experienced teacher rewarding opportunities both in and out of the classroom.

TEACHER TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES AT TWGGS

We have several exciting vacancies for trainee teachers for the 2020-21 academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has been considering training or re-training as a teacher and would like to do so in a supportive and high-achieving academic environment.

We have been using Kent and Medway training for the last four years to train teachers through the School Direct programme and there are bursaries available for a number of subjects to support you financially whilst you train. TWGGS has training vacancies in the following subjects, available to applicants with relevant degrees at 2:2 level or higher.

  • Economics

  • English

  • Geography

  • History

  • Maths

  • Psychology
