On Monday 16th March, 14 members of our trampolining squad travelled to Gillingham to take part in the Kent Schools Championships. After a bright and early departure from school (which seems to be a common theme with these competitions!) we arrived just in time for the first flight - our U14 competitors. Our two teams in this category performed brilliantly, with Florence K (9Y), Florence J (9W), and Abigail W (9T) securing 3rd Place, while Issy O (9S), Jasmine W (9Y), and Kayla S (9W) followed closely in 4th. In the U12 category, Lara J (7W) jumped a great individual routine, and the team of Daya O (7W), Ellie C (7W), and Flossie L (7W) won 1st Place in their category. Our U13 representative, Nina H (8Y), did very well and our U19 team of Anna D (L6W), Amelie VNH (L6W), and Matilda C (L6Y) placed in 2nd. A special shout-out goes to Anna D, who also placed 2nd individually. We are incredibly proud of the whole squad and owe a massive thank you to Mrs Scovell and Miss Richardson for their continuous support and making our participation possible!
