High Jump Championships
'On the 12th of September I went to the Julie Rose Stadium, home to Ashford AC, for the Kent high jump championships.
I had a best jump of 1.55 metres taking second to my biggest rival but best friend of the season, where we have come first and second on multiple occasions with a different one of us coming out on top each competition! I beat the record by one centimetre with the original record standing since the 1990's at 1.54 metres.
I hope to challenge myself in the summer and raise the bar higher for the next person to come and beat!'
