Jess P, 9S, and Yasmin H, 10G, competed earlier in the year for a place in the Indoor Ultimate Frisbee Nationals (U14's and U17's). They competed with their team Tonbridge Ultimate, also practising after school at TWGGS with coach Stig (Paul Unwin).
They both played well with their teams and made it to the Nationals in Wolverhampton playing over the weekend of 28th February. They and their team did the club proud. They play mixed teams so for a couple of games they were playing against Year 11 boys who were much taller and of a very different build to the girls!
They will be competing in the outdoor Nationals in June. We wish them every success. Well done Jess and Yasmin!
