We have two recent Cross Country successes that we would like to share with you. Aimee W, 9Y, did amazingly well at the Nationals in February and fought hard in her race to come in at 32nd place. She received an award later that day as she was the first female home from Tonbridge Athletics Club. She has been selected to compete in the Kent Schools team at the English Schools Cross Country Championships at Sefton Park in Liverpool, on Saturday, 14th March. As Kent is one of the strongest counties, this is a significant achievement.
Following her performance at the recent Kent Schools Cross Country race, Neve R, L6T, has also been selected to represent Kent at the Championships in Liverpool. We wish them both every success and look forward to updating you on their progress!
