On Sunday 6th July, Tabitha H in Year 8 won the Girls’ Singles final at Groombridge Tennis Club. Tabitha beat her opponent 6-2, 6-1 and was presented with the Sophie Wilson Cup. Luckily the club managed to complete all championship finals matches before a thunderstorm swept in, leading to rather soggy celebrations!
