EIlidh wins Bronze in Commonwealth Junior championships

We are delighted to report that EIlidh Paterson 10W won the bronze medal in the individual Junior (under 20) Commonwealth Fencing Championships in New Zealand on Wednesday. 

This adds to a team bronze medal for Scotland in the cadet (under 17) event earlier this week, when EIlidh came back from 40-31 down in the last leg to win the match against Australia 44-43. She is hoping to add to her medal haul with the Junior team event on Friday, and we wish her the best of luck!
