Despite exceptionally tough competition, Jac L, 11I, has successfully passed the interview for Kent Police's work experience programme. Only 40 were interviewed out of an astonishing 400 applicants and Jac's interview, according to the Recruitment Delivery Manager, 'stood out amongst many strong candidates'. Only 20 candidates are able to take part in the programme which takes place at the end of October. The programme aims to provide the opportunity to engage with officers, staff and volunteers who work in roles such as 999 call handlers, dog handlers, crime scene investigators, detectives and firearms officers.
