Clubs

'Pupils are remarkably proud of their school. They engage with an exceptional selection of extra-curricular activities from Years 7 to 13... They enjoy an extensive array of rich opportunities designed to nurture their talents and interests.'

Life beyond the classroom at TWGGS is fundamental in helping to build the strong community that we have here. Participating in a club or extra-curricular activity is a great way to discover new interests and friends, to experience different challenges and to gain great pleasure from shared ventures.

At TWGGS, there is an enormous range of clubs and activities on offer to suit every taste or talent, whether they be in music, drama, sport, STEM or public speaking. While the beginning of Year 7 is the best time to embrace the many opportunities the school has to offer, clubs are open to all and new members are always welcome. Further up the school, in the Sixth Form, there are opportunities to contribute to co-curricular life by taking leadership roles in many of the clubs.

There is no need to sign up to a club ahead of a meeting; pupils just need to check the schedule to find out where a club is taking place and arrive at the right time! For sport and music activities, please see the Sport  and Music  pages of this website.
