Admissions Allocation Information for Entry September 2019

TWGGS offered 145 places for September 2019, with cut off points as follows:

All applicants will be notified by KCC of their allocation; this letter will also include an acceptance/refusal form, a waiting list form and details of other options if you have not been allocated a school you are happy with.

TWGGS will then post welcome letters, confirming the offer of a place at the school with an Admissions Form to complete and return by noon on 15th March 2019.

Acceptance/refusal forms should be returned to the school for the attention of Mrs L Stewart-Smith. Waiting list forms should be returned to KCC Admissions and Transport by 15th March 2019.

Any TWGGS offers that are declined will be reallocated by the Local Authority (Kent County Council) on 24th April 2019. Further declined places after this date will be allocated directly by the school.

Pupils offered a place at TWGGS will receive the Admissions Information Pack in early May, including details of the Year 7 Induction Evening, Tuesday 25th June 2019, and Induction Day, Thursday 4th July 2019.
